YouTube video creator TED Entertainment has filed 6 separate copyright lawsuits against Apple, Amazon, NVIDIA, Meta, Bytedance, and OpenAI. Each case involves basically the same single claim that the defendant violated the DMCA anti-circumvention provision by allegedly circumventing an access-control technological protection measure.
Apple and Amazon each filed their respective motions to dismiss this DMCA claim in their respective lawsuits.
