Judge Tigar dismisses vicarious liability claim but allows all others by Nazemian v. NVIDIA

In the lawsuit filed by book authors Nazemian against NVIDIA, Judge Tigar is allowing all of the claims against NVIDIA to proceed except for the vicarious infringement claim.

It’s not surprising, but the analysis of the contributory infringement claim deserves attention below.
