In its appeal in the Third Circuit, ROSS Intelligence just submitted a letter apprising the court of the recent cases filed by Anthropic against the Department of War. ROSS argues that the recent cases support ROSS’s contention that AI development is an issue implicating national security.
It will be interesting to see if Thomson Reuters disputes that point after the U.S. government has prominently made Anthropic’s AI model development an issue of national security.
