Judge Morris issued the scheduling order in book author Darius H. James’s suit against Snowflake Inc.
The case is the sole AI copyright lawsuit in Montana. James has also filed suits against Cerebras Systems and Together Computer in the Northern District of California.
The replies to summary judgment motions and class certification motion will be on Oct. 28, 2027.
