ORDER granting 60 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery: Granted. The parties’ joint request for an extension of time to complete discovery is granted. The Court adopts the parties’ discovery schedule as follows:
(a) the deadline for the completion of all fact discovery is extended to May 5, 2026;
(b) the deadline for completion of depositions is extended to May 5, 2026;
(c) the deadline for expert disclosures by both Plaintiffs and Defendant is extended to June 29, 2026; and
(d) the deadline for the completion of all expert discovery (including expert depositions) is extended to August 10, 2026.
