Devin Youngblood, Nicole Chmura, and Chris Rice, YouTube video creators, sued Meta and Devin Youngblood alone sued NVIDIA in separate lawsuits last week for alleged violations of the DMCA anti-circumvention provision, Section 1201(a).
For whatever reason, Youngblood already voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit against NVIDIA.
