Wow. Book author Abdi Nazemian just announced he doesn’t want to drop out of the copyright lawsuit he originally filed against NVIDIA after all.

Nazemian’s motion mistakenly cited the standard under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15 for amending complaints.

But Nazemian now concedes, as NVIDIA’s brief argued, a dismissal of an action is governed by Rule 41(a).
