OpenAI is seeking a stay of the Ziff Davis lawsuit in the MDL Litigation. OpenAI alleges that Ziff Davis has fallen behind in discovery compared to the rest of the litigants. With fact discovery to close on Feb. 27, 2026, OpenAI thinks a stay is warranted.
