The Huckabee v. Bloomberg case is moving forward. Judge Garnett granted an extension to Bloomberg to file its Answer: “ORDER granting 101 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. GRANTED. Defendants’ deadline to answer the complaint is EXTENDED until January 27, 2026.”
