As reported by Wall Street Journal, the estate of Suzanne Ebersom Adams has sued OpenAI for the alleged role of ChatGPT in the murder of Adams by her son, Stein-Erik Soelberg, 56 years old, who then committed suicide. The case is titled First County Bank v. OpenAI Foundation.
