It must be Amended Complaint Day. Nazemian just filed a proposed Amended Complaint against NVIDIA.The only catch is Nazemian himself has dropped out of the lawsuit. So it would become Keene v. NVIDIA.
Judge Tigar will consider whether to grant Plaintiffs leave to amend to file this complaint. A hearing is set for Jan. 8, 2026.
