With only Sony Music left in the lawsuit after UMG Recordings and Warner Music settled, Sony Music and Uncharted Labs have asked for nearly a 2 month extension for document production, until Jan. 30, 2026.
It’s interesting this part of the case hasn’t settled yet. Perhaps Sony Music wants to litigate both this suit and its suit against Suno.
