The parties have filed a stipulation filling in dates to the amended scheduling order. The existing deadlines remain the same. The replies for summary judgment motions are due Dec. 4, 2026. And the replies for class certification are due Nov. 20, 2026. So there’s at least a small chance Judge Tigar could issue opinions on both motions by the end of 2026, although it seems more likely it won’t be until 2027.
