Anthropic agrees with Bartz book authors that the court should issue an order limiting ClaimsHero’s overtures to class members (apparently seeking to represent those who opt out of the settlement).

Anthropic also suggests that ClaimsHero may be using Anthropic’s trademarks in a way likely to cause confusion among people that “ClaimsHero has an official or sanctioned role in connection with the settlement.” See below.
