After announcing their settlement last week, UMG Recordings, Capitol Records, and Uncharted Labs d/b/a Udio made it official by filing a stipulation voluntarily dismissing their lawsuit without prejudice.
That leaves Sony Music, Warner Music, and a number of their affiliated labels in the lawsuit against Udio. Interestingly, the same law firm represents all the labels. That would have made for some interesting discussions for the settlement.
