Judge Lee reassigned Alexander v. Apple for now. Could be related to Hendrix v. Apple, Martinez-Conde-Apple.

After Judge Beth Labson Freeman recused herself, the Alexander v. Apple case was reassigned to Judge Eumi Lee.

But there’s a good chance this book author lawsuit is deemed a related case to Hendrix v. Apple and gets reassigned to Judge Gonzalez Rogers. The Martinez-Conde suit was already reassigned to her. All 3 cases involve copyright claims based on Apple’s alleged use of Shadow Libraries and pirated copies of books.
