Dow Jones filed two motions to compel discovery from Perplexity. The motions cover 3 issues:
- search for and produce documents that pre-dated Perplexity’s formal incorporation;
- search for and produce documents from one of its four founders, Andy Konwinski; and
- permit the inspection of its source code.
