Alcon Entertainment filed its Third Amended Complaint against Tesla, Elon Musk, and Warner Brothers Discovery for Tesla’s alleged use of a substantially similar still image from the movie Bladerunner 2049 after Tesla was denied a license from the studio.
Judge Wu dismissed the 2d amended complaint with leave to amend. Let’s hope Alcon fixed all the deficiencies.
