Now add to the mix William F. Patry, the renowned copyright treatise writer and counsel for Quinn Emanuel. Among copyright circles, Patry is probably the biggest name now involved.
Interestingly, Quinn Emanuel also represents Reddit in their state law case against Anthropic’s for unauthorized scraping of Reddit content. Quite a fine needle to thread.
