In Lehrman v. Lovo, the case involving the voice actors, Judge Oetken allowed an extension to the deadlines for discovery:
Per the parties’ request at ECF No. 50, the new discovery deadlines are as follows:
(1) the deadline for the completion of all fact discovery is January 20, 2026;
(2) the deadline for completion of depositions is January 20, 2026;
(3) the deadline for expert disclosures by both Plaintiffs and Defendant is March 3, 2026; and
(4) the deadline for the completion of all expert discovery (including expert depositions) is April 27, 2026.
