We updated the Map of Copyright Lawsuits v. AI companies. Our unofficial count is 47 lawsuits filed, of which 3 suits were voluntarily dismissed. 2 suits are on appeal: Thomson Reuters v. ROSS Intelligence in the 3rd Circuit and Doe 1 v. Github in the 9th Circuit.
With a half year left, there’s a very good chance we hit 50 lawsuits.
