In a case for declaratory judgment of non-infringement, Brave Software and News Corp. agreed to dismiss the case without prejudice:
“Counsel for all parties hereby jointly stipulate that all of Brave’s claims in the abovecaptioned case are to be dismissed in their entirety, without prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.”
The lawsuit was filed in March 2025 and had barely gotten anywhere. The case joins the Millette actions against Google and NVIDIA in being voluntarily dismissed.
