OpenAI keeps adding to its team of lawyers now in the MDL litigation, In re OpenAI Copyright Infringement Litigation, with the recent additions of Stephen James Barrett and Jura Christine Zibas of Wilson Elser.
By my unofficial count, there are 50 lawyers representing OpenAI in defense of the 13 lawsuits in the MDL Litigation (some of which are stayed). Microsoft, by contrast, has 11 attorneys.
