70% of full-time graduate students in fields related to artificial intelligence are international students.

The U.S. cannot afford to shoot itself in the foot by turning away the brightest minds who want to develop AI, especially not if they will work for U.S. companies in Silicon Valley.

Universities in China are already trying to lure the international students away from Harvard.
