Due to a change in his attorneys, Benjamin Mann, co-founder of Anthropic and former employee of OpenAI, was able to reschedule the hearing on his motion to quash the subpoena for his deposition.
By the court’s order states: “The hearing on the Motion to Quash in In re OpenAI Litigation be continued until February 11, 2025.“
