The primary difference in the amended complaint is in the section on jurisdiction/venue, bolstering the claim as to why the SDNY venue is appropriate (rather than eg CAND, given Perplexity’s head office registration). This follows on Perplexity’s Dkt #39 where they suggest removing the case to the latter venue.
Other notable change is in §13 (acknowledging Perplexity’s response email that they claim not to have received).
The remainder of changes appear syntactical and/or correcting anachronisms.
