Judge Lee granted the order by stipulation of Concord Music plaintiffs and defendant Anthropic by which Anthropic has agreed to continue to use guardrails to avoid outputs of lyrics of the plaintiffs.
This makes partially moot the plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction. But the motion regarding stopping Anthropic from training of future AI models with plaintiffs’ lyrics is still a live issue before Judge Lee.
