The Bartz plaintiffs filed a First Amended Complaint yesterday. Apparently, the (only) change is the addition of the loan out companies for each author, Andrea Bartz, Inc., and MJ + KJ, Inc. as parties. Loan out companies are often used for beneficial tax reasons.
