Judge Lee to hold Zoom hearing on preliminary injunction motion in Concord Music v. Anthropic on Oct. 24, 2 PM PT

On October 24, at 2 PM PT, Judge Eumi Lee is holding a Zoom hearing for the plaintiffs Concord Music and other music publishers’ motion for preliminary injunction in the copyright lawsuit against Anthropic, which opposes the motion.

This is the only copyright lawsuit against an AI company in which a motion for preliminary injunction has been filed.

From the docket: “Status Conference set for 10/24/2024 at 02:00 PM before Judge Eumi K Lee. This proceeding will be held via a Zoom meeting. Persons granted access to court proceedings held by telephone or videoconference are reminded that photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings, including screenshots or other visual copying of a hearing, is absolutely prohibited.”
