- In Doe 1 v. Github, Judge Tigar issued an order denying Plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration of the dismissal of CMI claims. [computer programs]
- In Concord Music v. Anthropic, Chief Judge Crenshaw issued an order on Status of Case: the plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction will be decided in due course, no oral argument needed at this time.
