- Plaintiffs in Sarah Andersen v. Stability AI filed their oppositions to the motions to dismiss.
- Plaintiffs in J.L. (now disclosed as Jill Leovy) v. Google filed their opposition to the motion to dismiss.
- The Joseph Saveri Law Firm continues to try to wrest control of the class actions for book authors by intervening in Authors Guild v. OpenAI and Alter v. OpenAI in the Southern District of New York, and trying to stay the actions or have them transferred.
