D.C. Circuit case

First, Anthropic filed a petition in the D.C. Circuit to challenge the U.S. Department of War’s designation of Anthropic as a supply chain risk.

Then, Anthropic filed a lawsuit in the N.D. California challenging the legality of the Department of War’s action under the Administrative Procedures Act as “arbitrary and capricious,” as as well as a First Amendment violation penalizing Anthropic’s views, among other claims.
