Back in 2016, Elon Musk emailed NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang to acquire NVIDIA’s new DGX-1 AI supercomputer. Musk was funding and providing guidance to the OpenAI lab when it was a nonprofit.
This email was a part of the exhibits in the lawsuit Musk filed against OpenAI, Sam Altman, and Greg Brockman for fraud and breach of charitable trust. The trial is in April.
